Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Add avocado, garlic, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, and water to a food processor or blender. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Blend until creamy and smooth.

  • Taste & Adjust: Add more salt, pepper, or lime juice to taste. For a thinner dressing, add extra water, blending a little at a time.

 

  • Serve immediately or store in a mason jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir before each use.
