Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Add avocado, garlic, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, and water to a food processor or blender. Season with salt and pepper.
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Taste & Adjust: Add more salt, pepper, or lime juice to taste. For a thinner dressing, add extra water, blending a little at a time.
Serve immediately or store in a mason jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir before each use.
