Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • handful fresh parsley & basil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.

_You could also finely chop herbs and whisk by hand if desired.
