Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)

  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened plant-based milk)

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (fresh preferred)

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine sour cream (or Greek yogurt), milk, apple cider vinegar, chives, parsley, dill, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, mustard powder, and black pepper.

  • Mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired add more pepper or vinegar for extra zing.

 

  • Use immediately as a dip, dressing, or sauce. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
