Ingredients
3/4 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
1/4 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened plant-based milk)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced (fresh preferred)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream (or Greek yogurt), milk, apple cider vinegar, chives, parsley, dill, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, mustard powder, and black pepper.
Mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired add more pepper or vinegar for extra zing.
Use immediately as a dip, dressing, or sauce. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
